Fraxen Consult begins every engagement with an initial “Kickoff Meeting” to establish a working relationship with the client, discuss and agree on the scope of the engagement including project control processes and requirements (e.g. status reporting, issues management, etc.), and address project logistics and communication issues.

In addition to the kickoff meeting, Program Reviews are scheduled on a regular basis. These touch point meetings are designed to ensure client satisfaction of overall engagement quality. They allow us the opportunity to provide our clients with a status on accomplishments during the previous period, planned activities, budget and spend rate, issues, recommendations, advice, and insight.
